7 Steps to Getting Your Body Back!
After having babies, whether it be one or four, mothers everywhere are confronted with a changed body and, if like me, spend many hours contemplating their new "squish," wondering how to get rid it of.
This morning while eating my breakfast, I was struck with the answer! Your children are the key to getting your prebaby body back! Just follow these steps and you'll be a hot mama once again.
1. Make sure every meal you consume is attended by your children who act as starving puppies, begging for a bite. When you give them bites just to shut them up, you'll end up with about 1/3 of your meal.
2. If your children aren't begging for your food, program at least one of them to poo during your meal so you'll have to stop eating and tend to a disgusting booty. This is sure to curb your appetite.
3. Live in a house where every time you change rooms you have to lug an extra 50 pounds of squirming baby up 15-30 stairs every time you go—it's a great thigh and booty toner.
4. Have numerous children so you have to make at least 3 trips back and forth to the car every time you go somewhere—ever calorie counts!
5. Only cook kid friendly foods. By the 789,000th time you make Mac and Cheese, you'll never be hungry again.
6. Take your children for a long walk, but make sure it is long enough so they will be too tired to walk home— that way you can load them all up in the stroller and push all 2 tons of them home (preferably uphill), a task that will surely lead you to exhaustion.
7. Every time you take a child down from a precarious position that they climbed into, do a couple extra baby bench presses—you'll have Madonna style arms in no time.
Following one or all of these steps will surely lead you to regain your prebaby body again—or will at least lead you to the brink of insanity where you no longer care about your baby belly. Either way it's a win-win situation!




Whoa, this is hilarious! And so true. I especially like the "starving puppies" bit. My 1 yr old twins will eat like frat boys during dinner, then beg for my meal 10 minutes later like they haven't had a morsel in days.
