A Sign of True Love

                                  Isn't it dreamy?????

As anyone who has known me for more than five minutes knows, there is nothing I love better than a good deal.

The most beautiful thing to me in the world is an orange price sticker that ends in an unusual number, because deep down I know that I could never get the item cheaper.

At Target tags that end in 4 are your last chance, get it while you can deals.  They are often "off season" items that need to be cleared out for the new season's attire to be piled in.

The good part about living in frigid MN is that when other states have an eye toward spring, and might actually use the shorts, swimsuits and tanks arriving in stores in the near future, Minnesotans know that we have many a more cold days and nights ahead of us and we will get plenty of use out of long sleeve shirts and sweatpants year round.

Air-conditioning can get rather chilly, dontchaknow.

So to make a rather unexciting story short: Today I struck gold.

I went to shopping with next year in mind and left with the following list.

    13 shirts
      8 pairs of pants
      6 pairs of shoes
      1 pair of winter boots
      2 footy jammies
      1 winter jacket
      1 pair snow pants.
———————————————————
Total?  $75!!!!  This averages out to about $2.50 an item.

Seeing as though I had to spend $25 on a pair of boots and $35 on a jacket for Brooklyn this year, I am beyond ecstatic at my deal findings.  Plus, I have enough to get us through all of next year—no matter how big my little babies get!

                                                                 Attention Target Shoppers

Thank you Dear Target for making this Cheap Mom's dream come true.
